Our organization started to operate in the field of Industrial Property services in 1975 with the name "Studio Tecnico Ing. Claudio Baldi" and headquarters in Jesi.

The founder Engineer Claudio Baldi wanted to create a highly qualified structure to offer direct assistance to potential clients preferably located in Central Italy.

The constant successful growth of our activities resulted in an enlarged number of clients and an increase of logistic and operating facilities.

Our philosophy, however, has remained unchanged and has proved winning over time.

After changing the name to the current denomination "Ing. Claudio Baldi S.r.l."in 1998 in addition to the "historical office" in Jesi today we operate through three local offices in Civitanova Marche, Foligno and Pesaro to provide our services promptly and follow up with distant clients.

  Of course, also the number and professional level of our staff have grown with time.

Today we employ six Attorneys and thirteen consultants, apart from some "institutional" external consultants.

Thanks to their young age (average being lower than 40 years) they boast high motivation and constant desire for continuous professional improvement.

For 30 years we have been providing assistance on trademarks and patents to an endless number of companies with a natural predominance in the most typical business units of Central Italy: from shoes to apparel, from furniture to household appliances, from plastic moulding to mechanical production, from textiles to agricultural products and foods, from paper industry to musical instruments, including many, many others.
